1lb ground home-grown, grass fed beef
8oz organic, plain yogurt
2T whole wheat flour
1/2c water
1/2c chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups hot cooked wheat noodles or brown rice
Cook ground beef and onion in skillet.
In a small mixing bowl stir together yogurt and flour. Stir in water.
Add yogurt mixture to meat along with garlic and salt to taste.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Makes 4 servings.
